For rectangular instruments, attach the adapter ① to the rear handle of the forceps.
For cylindrical instruments, insert the cylindrical instrument into the adapter ②.
Make sure that the clamp notch matches the instrument handle.
Attach the relevant Instrument Adapter Array to the adapter.
