Reinstall the cylinder in the yoke.
NOTE:

Place the plexiglass cover over the gauges and flow tubes, and
reinstall the cover screws. Do not over-tighten these screws as the
plexiglass may crack.

Place the knob guard over the flow control valves and install its two
retaining screws. (Reinstall the bar-type knob guard on earlier
machines.)

Reinstall the O
knob is installed properly, the O
is against its clockwise stop.

Replace the front cover plate at the top of the plexiglass cover and
secure it with the hardware that was previously removed.

Replace the rear cover and its retaining screws.

Replace the table top and its retaining screws.

Connect the pipeline hoses.

Perform the PMS Procedure given in Section 6.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES (continued)
Open the cylinder valve and check for a pressure
indication on the corresponding gauge at the gas
instrumentation panel.
NOTE:
The cylinder used for this test must
contain the following minimum pressure:

: 1000 PSI

: 700 PSI

: 1000 PSI

: 800 PSI

AIR
: 1000 PSI

: 1000 PSI

Close the cylinder valve and remove the cylinder from the
yoke.
For any gas, the pressure should not drop more than 50
PSI in two minutes.
Steps 4.4.16 thru 4.4.19 apply to later machines with a
one-piece flowmeter and gauge cover.
