Description
The CHM could not reach its destination on the long axis.
There was a cartridge in the grab base during power up,
before a cartridge move, or before a diagnostic test.
Firmware error.
Description
The parameter list length was not valid.
The operation code (OP code) for the Command
Descriptor Block (CDB) was invalid.
An invalid element address was specified for the CDB.
There were invalid fields in the CDB.
The logical unit number specified in the Identify
message or in the CDB is not zero.
There was an invalid field in the parameter list.
The destination element was occupied for a MOVE
MEDIUM command.
The source element was empty for a MOVE MEDIUM
command.
