To manually clean a tape drive:
1. Open the front door.
2. Eject a tape from the drive, if necessary, by pressing the Unload button (to
the right of the LEDs at the left of the tape drive).
3. Manually insert a cleaning cartridge into the appropriate tape drive.
The tape drive automatically ejects the cleaning cartridge when cleaning is
complete. This takes 3 to 4 minutes.
