(5) - Stacker tray
(6) - Clamping stacker
The clamping stacker (6) is used to stack the finished sewn products
during the ongoing sewing process. By default, the clamping stacker (6)
is equipped with two arms for the stacker tray (5). A stacker with an
extension for the stacker tray is available for large/long sewing material
( p. 193).
You can open and change the setting parameters (4) easily using the
quick access icons (1) on the control panel found on the main page.
Stacking the sewing material
To stack the sewing material:
1. Press the button Trigger stacking process manually (2).
 The stacking process is executed once.
2. Briefly press the button Stacker (3) once.
 The stacker switches ON/OFF.
 The stacking process is executed/not executed.
3. Perform a long press on the button Parameters for the stacking
 The window for the setting parameters opens.
4. You can change the setting parameters (5) to your requirements.
 The new values are adopted automatically.
 You can remove the sewing material directly from the stacker tray.
Information
You can use the program parameters on the control panel ( p. 123,
7.10 Stacker) to program the stacker.

Stacking process:
• Once the sewing material is fully sewn and has reached the level of
the clamping stacker (6), the clamping stacker (6) moves towards
the stacker tray (5) in arrow direction (7).
• The sewing material is deposited automatically on the stacker tray (5).
