3.3.2 Supervisor Mode

3.3.3 Service Mode

Component Identification
The Supervisor mode section of the control panel is accessed
behind the control panel cover. Once the cover is removed, this
section of the control panel allows the supervisor to modify
preprogrammed parameters within a range of factory set values
such as date and time, and to disable/enable printer functions.
SCROLL arrows (up or down) – move up or down on the
display, and to change display values.
SCROLL arrows (left or right) – press to move left or right on the
display.
ENTER touch pad – press to store all changes in the control
memory for a given cycle.
ESC (ESCAPE) touch pad – press to cancel modifications or to
exit menu.
CHANGE VALUES touch pad – press to enter the Change
Values menu.
PRINT touch pad – allows the supervisor to quickly access the
Miscellaneous Values menu to generate a complete printout of
the cycle in progress, pressure and temperature values (refer to
S
5.2.3, S

ETTING
The Service mode section of the control panel is accessed behind
the control panel cover. Only a qualified service technician can
access the Service mode menu to perform preventive maintenance,
testing and troubleshooting. The Service mode touch pads do not
function unless in Service mode and entering Service mode requires
the knowledge of a service access code.
Service mode should not be accessed by anyone except a factory-
certified technician.
TEST touch pad – press to test inputs and outputs, dip switches,
display and printer functions in the Service mode.
CALIB (CALIBRATION) touch pad – press to perform
calibration of resistance temperature detectors (RTD's) and
pressure transducers.
CONFIG (CONFIGURATION) touch pad – press to configure
options, perform initial processor setup, reset cycle counter, time
and date format, temperature units, pressure units and to review
the last twenty alarms.
