By pressing the part of the button marked with the auto symbol, the function of the automatic mode of control
of the front drive axle is activated.
Activation of the front driving axle is indicated with the activated symbol on the switch and the symbol in the
instrument panel display.
The drive of the front driving axle of the decommissioned tractor (tractor is braked, engine is stopped, the key
of the switch box is switched off) is deactivated.
When the engine is started again, the front drive axle is returned to the mode where it was before the engine
was switched off.
If the travel speed of the tractor is higher than 7 km/h, the drive of the front axle is
automatically connected when both brake pedals are pressed.
Driving with engaged front axle drive
Use front drive axle when rear wheels slip to increase the tractor´s traction. It is not
recommended to drive with engaged front axle drive on the roads or hard surfaces (driving with
engaged front axle drive causes increased wear of front tyres).
Permanent engagement of front drive axle is admitted if there is an agricultural machine or tools mounted to
the tractor from the front. This condition is listed in instructions manual of an applicable machine. The
maximum permitted speed of these sets is 15 km.h
