Each entry is a PLMN ID that comprises the following elements:
MCC: Mobile Country Code (3 digits).
MNC: Mobile Network Code (2 or 3 digits).

Domains
The Domains section includes a list of one or more domain names of the entity operating the hotspot
network. It is possible that a Hotspot Operator might have more than one domain name that it uses to
identify itself.
