Running Web Manager

1 Start up your Internet Explorer application.
2 Type the IP address of the copier into the location field as follows:
http:// <the IP address of your copier> /
NOTES
• Confirm the correct address by referring to the IP address under the default settings in the copier's
operation panel, or by checking with your network manager.
• In place of the IP address, it is possible to enter the registered Host Name of the copier.
[Example: http://km4850w/] (Refer to "Changing the Host Name" on page 4-46.)
3 The login window will appear. Enter the registered User Name and Password into the appropriate
fields and click on [OK]. (If you are logging in for the first time, refer to "Registering a New User" on
page 4-20.)
NOTE
The factory default User Name is "Administrator". The first time you attempt to log in, use
"Administrator" for the User Name and then click on [OK].
