Operation under Windows NT 4.0/2000

The following explains operation procedures as though you are using a Windows 2000 environment.
If you are using Windows NT 4.0, use this procedure simply as reference.
Opening the [Printing Preferences]
There are two methods of opening the [Printing Preferences]
[Printers] folder or from within the application in use.
* To open the [Printing Preferences]
to "Section 4 Basic Printing Procedure" on page 1-30.
1 Use the mouse to point to [Settings] in the [Start] menu on the Task Bar, and click on [Printers] in the
submenu that is displayed. The [Printers] folder will open.
2 Use the right mouse button to click on the icon for this copier-printer and click on [Printing
Preferences]
