6 Select the destination and enter the desired file name, and then click on the [Save] button.
NOTES
If you are unable to scan, check the status of the copier-scanner.
One of the following conditions may be rendering scanning impossible:
• The power is not ON to the copier-scanner.
• The network cable is not connected properly.
• The copier-scanner is off-line. (The On-Line indicator is out.)
• The server computer in the copier-scanner is still starting up. (The On-line indicator is flashing.)
• A copy operation is on-going.
• A copy operation has just been completed and the Auto Clear function has not yet engaged to clear the
copy settings.
• A printing or scanning operation is being carried out from another computer.
