Installing the PPD File
Perform the following procedure in order to copy the PPD file into the [Printer Descriptions] folder.
1 Start up your Macintosh computer. Quit all other applications that may be open.
2 Insert the CD-ROM that is included with the CAD Master Controller into the CD-ROM drive of your
computer.
3 Double-click on the icon for the CD-ROM when it appears on the Desktop. The content of the CD-
ROM will be displayed.
4 Drag the [km4850w.ppd] from the [KM-4850w] folder on the CD-ROM into the [Printer Descriptions]
folder on your computer. The [Printer Descriptions] folder is normally located within the [Extensions]
folder that is in the [System Folder] on your hard disk.
