[Negative] checkbox: Put a check mark in this checkbox when you want to make a negative print (such as
with negative film where blacks and whites are inverted.)
NOTE
Normally, the area of a printed page that remains white is greater than that which is actually printed
on. Thus, you should understand that when you select [Negative] for any document other than an
actual negative graphic, the areas that are normally white will be printed as black and toner usage will
be increased.
[Mirror Image] checkbox: Put a check mark in this checkbox when you want to make a mirror print where
left and right are inverted.
[Whole] radio buttons: Select whether or not you want to add a margin space to the leading and trailing
edge of the paper.
NOTE
If you turn the [Whole] setting "On", the length of the printed paper will be increased by the total
length of the margin spaces entered for the [Edge Adjustment] settings.
[Auto Rotation] radio buttons: Select whether or not you want to have the printed image automatically
rotated, as necessary, to fit onto the orientation of the presently set paper.
NOTE
If you want to use the [Linear Measure Adjustment] settings, turn [Auto Rotate] "OFF".
[Linear Measure Adjustment] can be set using the Web Manager interface.
[Image Placement] radio buttons: Select the basic location of the printed image on the paper. If you select
"Origin", the location of the image will be based on its relation to the lower left corner of the paper.
If you select "Center" the image will be centered on the paper.
NOTE
This setting is only applicable to HP-GL, HP-GL/2 and HP-RLT file formats. When printing other file
formats, even if you select "Origin", the printed image will be centered on the paper.
[Unit] radio buttons: Select the desired unit of measure, either "mm" or "inch".
