[Device] area: Indicates the current status of the copier-printer.
[Job Display] field: Select from between "View All Jobs" and "View My Jobs Only".
[Job List]: Lists up all spooled jobs under their current status: "Printed", "Waiting", "Pause" or "Error"
Managing jobs in the Job List
Spooled jobs can be managed by right-clicking on a desired job in the Job List and selecting the
corresponding operation: "Pause", "Stop", "Print", "Reprint", "Delete" and "Detail". (Available operations will
differ depending upon the status of the job.)
If you select "Detail" for any job, the [Job Information] window will open and you can verify information for
that job as well as change the number of prints to be made and which pages will be printed.
