Spooler Icon

The [Spooler] screen displays printing conditions and allows you to change and cancel print jobs, etc.
Only the Administrator can cancel a print job which originated from another computer.
[Spool Disk] bar: Indicates the amount of memory allotted for spooling that is currently being used.
[Spooler] area: Indicates the current status of the spooler, the number of jobs being spooled and the
automatic refresh rate.
NOTES
It is possible to change the setting that determines whether or not all completed print jobs will be
automatically deleted from the spool. (Refer to "Printed Jobs Action" on page 4-18.)
