Shows system information for the print server and determines how data for finished jobs will be handled.
[Printed Jobs Action]
The following 2 settings determine the condition for deleting finished print jobs:
[Enable deletion by time] checkbox and field: Put a check mark in this checkbox and set the time for
jobs to be deleted between 1 and 99999 hours.
[Delete by number (always enabled)] field: Select between 1 and 100 jobs. The value entered here
will refer to the total number of jobs under the [Printed], [Waiting], [Pause] and [Error] status in the
Job List.
