Using the WebScan function
1 Access the [Scanner] screen in the Web Manager interface.
2 Perform the [Recording Format] setting as well as the scan- and image-related settings and then click
on the [Scan] button.
3 Confirm that "Ready to scan." is shown in the copier-scanner's message display and set the
document that you want to scan. Scanning will begin automatically and, once scanning is complete,
the scanned image will appear in the "Workspace" area.
4 Access the [Scan File] screen.
5 Select the corresponding data and click on the [Download] button.
NOTE
If the file format for saving data is set to "JPEG", instead of clicking on the [Download] button, right-click on
the desired data and select "Save Picture As...".
