[Comment] field: Enter any comments that you want for the corresponding filter.
[List All] button: Click on this button when you want to list all filters. Use this button when you want to use
the print function of your Internet Web browser to print out a list of the registered filters.
[Original Size] field: Select between "Original Size", "Standard Size" (Refer to "
for Selection under [Original Size]") and "Custom".

Inch specifications: 8.5" x 11", 11" x 17", 17" x 22", 22" x 34", 34" x 44", 9" x 12", 12" x 18" and
18" x 24"
Metric specifications: A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, JIS-B1, JIS-B2, JIS-B3 and JIS-B4
[Custom...] button: First select "Custom Size" in the [Original Size] field and then click on this button when
you want to register a custom size of paper. The [Custom Size Configuration] dialog box will open.
[Scaling] field: Displays the selected magnification ratio. Selection is possible to any 1% increment
between 25% and 400%.
NOTE
Whenever you change the magnification ratio, be sure to select "Original Size" in the [Original Size]
field.
[Cassette] field: Select between "Auto Source Selection", "Cassette 1", "Cassette 2", "Cassette 3" and
"Bypass Tray".
[Copies] field: Select any number between 1 and 999.
[Pen Setup...] button: First put a check mark in the [Customize Pen Setting] checkbox and then click on
this button when you want to access the [Pen Setting Configuration] dialog box in order to perform
pen-related settings. For more information, refer to the Help Icon.
[Extended Setup...] button: Click on this button when you want to access the [Extended Setting] dialog box
and perform setting related to extensions.
