[New] button: Click on this button when you want to designate a new destination folder for receiving
scanned data.
[Edit] button: Click on this button when you want to edit information for any currently designated folder.
[Delete] button: Click on this button when you want to remove the designation of any folder as a
destination folder for receiving scanned data.
[No.] column: Each number shown here is the "folder number" of the corresponding destination folder.
[Folder] column: Shows the path of each designated destination folder.
[Comment] column: Shows any comments registered for the corresponding destination folder.
[Hard Disk Warning (%)] field: the volume of data on the hard disk reaches the percentage registered here,
a warning message will be displayed in the [Status] area of the main dialog box for the Scanner File
Utility.
* If the volume of data on the hard disk reaches the designated percentage, the icon that is
displayed on the Task Bar whenever the Scanner File Utility is running will turn yellow as well in
order to indicate that status.
[Reception notice] checkbox: Put a check mark in this checkbox when you want to receive notice
whenever scanned data has been received into a destination folder.
[OK] button: Click on this button when you have completed designating or changing settings related to
destination folders. The main dialog box for the Scanner File Utility will be displayed once again.
