(3) Creating a New Port
1 Use the mouse to point to [Settings] in the [Start] menu on the Task Bar, and click on [Printers] in the
submenu that is displayed. The [Printers] folder will open.
2 Use the right mouse button to click on the icon for this copier-printer. Select [Properties] from the
resulting pop-up menu. The [Properties] dialog box will open.
3 Click on the [Ports] Tab and then click on the [Add Port...] button in that tab.
