"Confirm"
Whenever the "laser ready" button is operated or parameters are changed, the laser unit
automatically performs an output power check. If the power exceeds the permissible tolerance
range of ±20%, the measured value is indicated in the D7 section of the display.

The system prompts the user to confirm the measured output power by pressing
"LASER READY" (S3, Fig. 9.1) again if he/she wishes to proceed.
Upon confirmation, the "CURRENT AVERAGE POWER" value – which may deviate from the
selected power – is displayed.

The laser can now be used as usual with the current output power. Should the problem (or
request for confirmation of the current output power) occur repeatedly, please call the
Technical Service.
