MICRO-FINE
The MICROPOINT micromanipulator offers an additional micro-scanning function by
selecting the "MICRO-FINE" option from the "HANDPIECE" menu, along with the preferred
focal length of the MICROPOINT. This setting enables the use of very small scanning areas,
down to 0.4 mm in width/length, irrespective of the scanning pattern used. Table 6.4
shows the various pattern sizes in relation to the various focal distances of the
MICROPOINT micromanipulator:
