Maintenance Work to Be Performed by Gebrüder Martin's
Technical Service
In case the unit has been repaired or modified by Gebrüder Martin's Technical Service, the
following must be entered in the medical device logbook:
•
nature and scope of the repair work done (with precise information, e.g. with regard to
rating-related modifications)
•
date of performance
•
signature of the service technician
8.3
Safety Checks
Once a year a comprehensive safety check must be carried out to verify the unit's compliance
with the relevant safety regulations. The results of these checks must be recorded in the
device logbook.
