Coded Accessories
To ensure correct assembly of the various accessories after cleaning, the component parts
feature a code number next to their threads.
Matching parts bear the same code number.
Parts with identical code numbers can be screwed together. Parts with different code numbers
must not be combined with each other.
Fig. 8.5 shows parts of a focusing handpiece as an example: tube with matching tip.
