Once the meter has exhausted its emergency credit amount, it will alternate
its display with a zero-emergency credit remaining value and the amount of
emergency credit owed.

Where the meter is in a non-disablement period the meter will display the
character 'F' for the duration of the non-disablement period. The
prepayment displays will operate in the same manner as described above.
