Before informing the LAUDA Service department, please check whether
you can solve the problem with the following instructions.
Integral Process Thermostats and High-Temperature Thermostats
Cause ð Possible remedy
The cooling unit is switched off ð switch on the cooling
n
unit.
The controller output limit is active ð Switch off the
n
controller output limit.
The condenser is contaminated ð Clean the condenser
n
Ä Chapter 9.4 "Cleaning the air-cooled condenser"
on page 142.
The temperature limit value Til is too high ð Reduce
n
the temperature limit value Til.
The controller output limit is active ð Switch off the
n
controller output limit.
The temperature limit value Til is too low ð Increase the
n
temperature limit value Til.
The dynamic heating output restriction is active ð
n
switch off the dynamic heating output restriction.
The maximum heating output is automatically reduced
n
in the lower pump levels ð increase the pump level.
The maximum current consumption of the device is
n
limited ð increase the current consumption.
Pressure control is active ð switch off pressure control
n
(pressure control is switched off if set pressure = 0 bar).
Pressure control is active ð switch off the pressure
n
control.
Pump level is too high ð select a lower pump level.
n
Heating output is too high ð reduce the heating
n
output.
Cooling unit is active ð switch off cooling unit.
n
Heat transfer liquid is heavily contaminated ð change
n
the heat transfer liquid. Empty the device completely
and carry out internal cleaning of the device if required.
