Unpacking

Personnel:
Check the device and accessories for completeness and transport damage
immediately after delivery.
Unpack the device according to the following instructions.
1.
Fig. 1: Cut and remove the strapping À.
2.
Lift the cover of the cardboard box Á and remove it.
3.
Unscrew the bayonet locks  from the box. Turn them counterclock-
wise to perform this task.
4.
Remove the box Ã.
5.
Fig. 2: Unscrew the screws Ä from the wooden cover. Turn them
counterclockwise to perform this task. Remove the wooden cover Å.
6.
Fig. 3: The device is bolted to the transport pallet with steel angles.
Unscrew the screws Æ from the bottom of the device.
Swivel the castors to the side so that they do not get caught on the
angle when lifting the device.

Closely inspect the device for transport damage prior to
commissioning!
Never operate a device that has sustained transport
damage!
Operating personnel

If the device or accessories are damaged contrary to expectations,
immediately inform the shipping company so that a damage report
can be compiled and the transport damage inspected. Also notify
the LAUDA Service department immediately. You will find the
contact information here Ä Chapter 14.4 "Contact LAUDA"
on page 160.
Keep the original packaging of your constant temperature equip-
ment for subsequent transportation.
