Draining

Bring the heat transfer liquid to room temperature before draining.
n
Ensure that the heat transfer liquid in the hydraulic circuit is not below
5 °C or above 40 °C before draining, otherwise there is a risk of injury
from scalding or frostbite.
Check that the pressure overlay has been deactivated and that there
n
is no gage pressure in the system. To check, look at the pressure gage
and press the button to release any excess pressure which may still be
present.
If required, press the button for releasing the compressed air with an
elongated object.
Switch the constant temperature equipment to the "Standby" status to
n
drain the hydraulic system.
Draining continues in the same way as in Integral devices without pres-
n
sure overlay.

Discharge of liquid under high pressure
Slipping hazard
Reset the pressure overlay to 0 bar before emptying and
use the pressure gage on the side of the device to check the
pressure in the device.
