1.
Completely assemble the hydraulic circuit (with application, hoses,
constant temperature equipment and any additional equipment).
2.
Connect the compressed air hose to the compressed air connector of
the constant temperature equipment (see symbol).
3.
Prepare the heat transfer liquid.
4.
Unscrew the sealing cap from the filling nozzle of the device. Screw a
hose nozzle with a hose onto the filling nozzle (G 3/8" exterior thread
(male)).
5.
Insert the hose in the canister with the heat transfer liquid.
6.
Switch on the constant temperature equipment.
7.
Press the [Enter key] to open the software menu.
8.
Select the heat transfer liquid you wish to use and confirm your
selection.
9.
Open the filling tap. To do this, turn the tap counterclockwise.
10.
Select  Fill mode  Suction filling on in the menu.
11.
Enter the desired fill level in the menu.
12.
Filling starts with negative pressure. Filling ends automatically at the
fill level previously entered.
13.
If more than one canister of heat transfer liquid is required, the tap on
the filling nozzle must be closed when the canisters are changed.
14.
Vacuum filling ends when the previously entered fill level is reached.
Close the tap on the filling nozzle, remove the hose and screw on the
sealing cap.
15.
You should degas the heat transfer liquid after filling.
Integral Process Thermostats and High-Temperature Thermostats
During filling, operation alternates between the heat transfer
liquid flowing into the constant temperature equipment and the
pumping of the heat transfer liquid into the application. This
change takes place automatically. Any operator actions which
may be required as well as the current filling process are shown in
the display in Fill mode.
