The following are three-phase QD Cable types and ordering
options based on the PV module orientation specific to site.
QD Cable is available in three connector-spacing options to
accommodate portrait, and landscape ballast applications,
respectively. Raw QD Cable without integrated AC
connectors can be used for runs between separated arrays
or to a junction box/Field wireables located some distance
away from an array.
You must install supports (clips, etc.) for the QD Cable
and Raw QD Cable at 1.8 m (6 feet) intervals or less.
Installation requirements for wet-rated cable allow QD
Cable and Raw QD Cable to be installed in conduits, cable
trays, and other raceways.

QD CABLE SPECIFICATIONS
600V (Connector rating up to 277 VAC)
UL3003 (raw cable), UL 9703 (cable assemblies), DG cable
RoHS, OIL RES I, CE, UV resistant, combined UL for the United States
Risk of electric shock. Always de-energize the AC branch circuit before servicing.

Field wireable connectors are pre-installed at the ends of
the QD Cables to increase the cable length beyond the
connector limit mentioned in Table 6. The pre-installed field
wireable connectors at the ends are protected with sealing
caps. The sealing caps must be removed only when you
are increasing cable length using the field wireables at the
cable end.
