Filling the dam er with nitrogen

Hold the damper so that the filling port is at the highest point.

Remove the adapter.

Mount and tighten screw Q).

Clamp the special tool in the vise.

Nitrogen filling tool (T170S1)

Connect the special tool to the pressure regulator of the filling cylinder.

Adjust the pressure regulator.

Position the damper in the special tool.
✓ The hexagonal part of the tap handle f) engages in the hexagon socket of
the filling port screw.

Open filler tap (;).
-
Fill the damper for at least 15 seconds.

Watch the pressure regulator dial.
Make sure that the damper is filled to the specified pressure.

Close the filling port screw using tap handle f).
-
Close spigot (;) and take the damper out of the special tool.

Tighten the filling port screw.
