Preassembling the antihopping clutch
-
Take the clutch out of the vise and place it on a clean workbench with the outside
inner clutch hub
-
Take the inside inner clutch hub
clutch hub.

Remove clutch facing discs

Remove sleeves @.
-
Clean all parts well.
Check the clutch.

Thoroughly oil the clutch facing discs.
-
Mount the sleeves.

Beginning with an intermediate clutch disc, alternately position all other clutch
facing discs and intermediate clutch discs.

Position release springs
-
Slide on the outside inner clutch hub, watching out for the markings.
✓ Align markings

Push together both inner clutch hubs firmly and have a helper screw in the spe
cial tool.
