3.3.8. General Type Input

Select this type, when the input will be activated from a general event. Press MORE button to access the additional
settings for the general type input. Note that all introduced changes must be confirmed with APPLY button in this main
screen.
Press the active button for the respective general event.
The selected general event is automatically set into the
FUNCTION section at the main screen.
In case for the general event type is set function COMMON PREALARM, COMMON FAULT or other from the above list,
the installer must set only a group number in the additional settings screen.
Set the GROUP Number from 1-250, according the
system configuration.
In ALARMS COUNTER field enter a number (1-9) of
registered fire alarms, when after reaching their count, the
input will be activated. Note: The ALARMS COUNTER
field is set only for COMMON FIRE general event type.
The possible general events for activation of the input are
listed after pressing the active button for FUNCTION
selection:
- COMMON FIRE - Activation in case of Fire Alarm event
in the system.
- COMMON PREALARM - Activation in case of PreAlarm
event in the system.
- COMMON FAULT - Activation in case of Fault Alarm
event in the system.
- SYSTEM FAULT - Activation in case of System Fault
event in the system.
- DISABLED - Activation in case of disablement (of loop
device operation, zones, outputs, etc.).
- TEST - Activation in case of Test procedure in the
system.
- COMMON EVACUATE - Activation in case of
Evacuation event in the system.
- VOICE CYCLE - Activation in case of started time
"EVACUATION CYCLE ON", and deactivation in case
started time "EVACUATION CYCLE OFF" (the ON and
OFF parameters are set in the EVACUATION submenu
(in the SOUNDERS MODE menu - button MORE) – see
item 3.5.4.
