3.2.8.6. Wall Mounted Sounders with Strobe (VAD devices according EN 54-23)

Available models:
•
SensoIRIS WSST – sounder with strobe, white
•
SensoIRIS WSST IS – sounder with strobe and built-in isolator module, white
•
SensoIRIS WS* – sounder with strobe, red
•
SensoIRIS WS IS* – sounder with strobe and built-in isolator module, red
* Note: System names SensoIRIS WSST and SensoIRIS WSST IS.

At the device settings screen the installer can review the general and set the additional parameter:
Press to choose from a list the mode of operation of the sounder – see the screen below.
Mode
Every pressing of the button alternatively changes the sound level between HIGH/ LOW,
as this depends on the number of the connected sounders to the loop:
- HIGH. Set in those cases when the number of the connected sounders to the loop is up
Sound Level
to 30 (sounders WSOU, WSST, WSOU IS and WSST IS).
- LOW. Set in those cases when the number of the connected sounders to the loop is up to
60 (sounders WSOU, WSST, WSOU IS and WSST IS).
Sounder Group Set a number of sounder group (1-127). Refer also to item

Available models:

SensoIRIS BSOU – base with sounder, white (available also in black)
•
SensoIRIS BSOU IS – base with sounder and built-in isolator module, white (available also in black)

To save the new setting, press EXIT button to return to
the main screen of the device and press APPLY button
on the top of the screen.
3.1.4
- Strobe lamp. Only the strobe light is active in case of
fire alarm event.
- Sound. Only the sound is active in case of fire alarm
event.
- Sound/Strobe. Both the strobe light and sound are
active in case of fire alarm event.
To save the new setting, press EXIT button to return to
the main screen of the device and then APPLY button.
