7.4 Advanced Troubleshooting.

Switch Off Unit
Switch off the unit at the circuit breaker on the front panel as well as removing the input power
from the unit.

Removing Covers
Remove the screws securing the rear cover and remove it
Remove the screws securing the front cover and remove it.
Remove the screws securing the top cover and remove it.

Initial Inspection
Make a visual inspection of the unit and ensure all the connectors are properly mated and there
are no loose wires.

Fuse Check
Using an ohmmeter, check input fuses F1, F2 and F3 for continuity.
Do not connect 400-480V into the 208-240V unit, the result
could be a severely damaged unit.
VOLTAGES UP TO 480 VAC AND 450 VDC ARE PRESENT IN
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THIS POWER SOURCE.
THIS EQUIPMENT GENERATES POTENTIALLY LETHAL
VOLTAGES. DEATH ON CONTACT MAY RESULT IF PERSONNEL
FAIL TO OBSERVE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. DO NOT TOUCH
ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS WHEN POWER IS APPLIED
Wait 10 minutes for all internal capacitors to discharge.
