Description
Use to enter analysis preparation details.
Evacuation rate. The maximum rate of change of pressure when
evacuating the sample tube.
Evacuation time. The length of time for preliminary evacuation which
takes place prior to the free space measurement or sample analysis if
free space is to be entered or calculated.
