Description
For valves:
Close. Closes the selected valve.

Close both. Closes valves 4b and 4s or valves 5b and 5s.
n
Open. Opens the selected valve.
n
Open both. Opens valves 4b and 4s or valves 5b and 5s.
n
Pulse. Use to quickly turn the valve on and off allowing the oper-
n
ation to proceed in small increments.
For servo valve:
On/Off. Turns the servo valve on or off.
n
Increase / Decrease. Increases pressure by dosing the sample.
n
Decreases pressure by evacuating the sample.
Enter target. Displays the servo valve settings window. The
n
entered target pressure display to the left of the sample servo
valve icon.
For balance servo valve:
Disable. Select to disable the balance servo valve. Operations for
n
the sample servo will also be performed by the balance servo.
Enable. Select to enable the balance servo valve. Operations for
n
the sample servo will be ignored by the balance servo.
Raise. Select Raise to raise the elevator. When it is moving, press
the keyboard space bar to stop the movement (or right click and
select Stop from the menu).
Lower. Select Lower and press the keyboard space bar to lower the
elevator.
Stop. Stops the elevator from moving.
