System configuration information is stored in the System Controller
card. The system automatically transfers config information to the
controller when updates are made. However, it does not
automatically save a copy to the Operator's Console PC.
If the System Controller card fails and there is no backup on the
PC, all handsets and Base Stations will need to be re-registered.
Backups to the PC should be done at the completion of installation,
and periodically (especially if major changes are made) after
installation.
