Shows the status of the system configuration. During an
Sys Cfg State
update, the config passes through these states: dirty, erasing,
programming, and back to idle (blank). Dirty state remains for 60
seconds after the last change made. The erasing and programming
state lasts for around 50 seconds.
Amount of time the system configuration has been in the
Sys Cfg Time
cfg state.
