System configuration can be done after the System Controller card is
installed in the MCU. Other cards do not need to be physically
installed in order to perform this configuration. System configuration
includes these tasks:
Configure Interface Modules
system to which the Interface Module is connected, associating the
handset serial numbers and user information with a line on the wired
telephone system, and input Base Station information.
(F8) Setting the system's frequency and timing
