8-4-2. Chroma Adjustment
Preparation
. Connect a waveform monitor to the TEST OUT and
vectorscope to the VIDEO OUT connectors respectively.
. OUTPUT/DCC switch (inside panel) → BARS
Adjustment procedure
Test point: VIDEO OUT connector
1. Setting of vectorscope.

2. On the setting menu, adjust as follows.

B-Y CAR. BAL.
Spec.
: Adjust the illuminated spot at the center
of the vectorscope.

7. On the setting menu, adjust as follows.

C = 2.25 ± 0.2 µs (PAL)
8. Position the burst spot on the defined axis.
9. Adjust as follows using the setting menu and 1FL12.

: Place the illuminated spots inside the
corresponding frames (DP: ±2.5
