Precaution
Take care not to damage the drum, tape guides, stationary heads during replacement.
Preparations
1. Confirm that the unit is in the unthreading end state.
2. Turn off the power.
3. Remove the front lid and outside panel.
(Refer to section 1-6 in Part 1 of the Maintenance Manual.)
4. Remove the cassette compartment.
(Refer to section 3-3-24.)
Tools
. Torque screwdriver bit (for M1.4)
. Torque screwdriver (for 3 kg)
Removal
1. Full-top sensor assembly removal
(Refer to section 3-3-22.)
2. Cassette stopper removal
(1) Turn the warm wheel with the Phillips
screwdriver clockwise until the screw in the
bottom of the pinch roller come into sight.
(2) Remove the two screws, then remove the
cassette stopper.
