5 Scanning Modes and Settings

After microscope initialization, if FL HW option is provided, you can select from the
following two modes:
•
Brightfield scanning mode (See chapter
information.)
•
Fluorescence scanning mode (See chapter
information.)
•
Option modes
o
Microscope mode (available only if Services or Settings mode is active)
o
Settings (See chapter
o
Services (See chapter
In accordance with the selected mode, the Profile Settings Panel and the Microscope
Control Panel views are modified.

5.1 Brightfield Scanning Mode

Microscope View consist of three different chapters:
•
Main functions: Located at below the window header, these functions are identical in
both modes.
•
Profile Settings panel: Profile settings containing parameters used for scanning
•
Microscope Control Panel: Live microscope movement functions
