2.2 Taking out the injector
remove the fuel supply piping and the retur
unscrew the two nuts and remove the Injector holder from the cylinder -
head. Remove also the sealing ring.
Checking the Injection :

Dismantling
unscrew the uniop nut and.remove the injector ubi1 Fig. 02.
take care to work under very clean conditions.
Cleaning

Not under any circumstances should one use hard objects, sui:;h as a screw·
driver. wire, etc ... (a speoial device for cleanfng the BOSeH injectors does
exist).
remove all carbon deposits.
change any part having a doubtful aspect, such as a rough or sei.zed
injector needle, overtheated injector body or needle (heaving a blue
aspect). leaky injector needle seat.

2.5 Reassembly
Reassembly is carried outeaccording to the order shown in Rgure D2, af
after
having rinced the parts in some very clean fuel.
