7.5.6 Compare operation
A comparison between the value in a compare register with the count values of TM1 can be performed.
When the count values of TM1 coincide with the value of the compare register programmed in advance, INTCM10
coinciding with CM10 is generated as a trigger of the real time output port. An interrupt request signal INTCM can
be generated at the same time.
