Using CallPilot Manager to monitor hardware

Introducing the Maintenance page

Introduction
Use the Maintenance page in CallPilot Manager to do the following:
Obtain general information about components.
View component states.
Start and stop components.
Run integrated diagnostic tests.
View the results of the last diagnostic test run against a component.
What the Maintenance page provides
The Maintenance page identifies the server platform and switch
connectivity type. It also provides a tree that, when expanded, lists the
physical and logical hardware components down the left side of the page. To
list the server's hardware components, click the plus sign (+) at the top of
the tree. To list the subcomponents for each component, click the plus sign
(+) beside the component.
Note: The components that are listed on the Maintenance page are based on
the CallPilot server type and the switch that is connected to CallPilot. The
examples in this chapter are for illustration purposes and may not appear
exactly the same on your system.
