To invoke the Net Start command from Windows NT 4.0
1 Click Start
Result: The MS-DOS Command Prompt window appears.
2 At the MS-DOS prompt, type net start " service_name ", and then press
Enter.
For example, type net start "Routing and Remote Access Service",
and then press Enter.
Note: The quotation marks are required, as in the example above.
3 Type Exit, and then press Enter to exit MS-DOS.
