General
If the FlexTrack is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, an electric pump
will deliver the correct quantity of grease from a cartridge to the ball bearing blocks
and to the pinion at required time intervals (one cycle per day). The grease is
pushed in the piping by the pump; a valve is sequencing the distribution to each
port.
The level of the lubricant should be checked once a month, even though the system
should apply the lubricant equally over a longer period.
