Ink Supply System Error Messages

This section provides a list of all the Ink Supply System related error messages with their
explanations and requested corrective actions.
Based on the actual situation, the system appropriately substitutes the terms between brackets.

Explanation & Corrective Action
• The user can refill the ISS of the indicated color.
• Refill the corresponding ISS.
• The ISS of the indicated color is almost empty. The
system will shut down soon if the user does not refill the
ISS.
• Refill the corresponding ISS.
• The TAG reader has detected a correct ink bottle.
The GUI indicates on which ISS it can be loaded.
• Load the ink bottle on the ISS with a blinking LED.
• The system could read the ink bottle RFID tag but
the ink is not compatible with the system.
• Select the correct ink for the Jeti Tauro H3300LED
• The system could read the ink bottle RFID tag but
the ink does not match the system configuration.
This may occur when more than one ink jet printer
is on site and the selected ink bottle is for another
system.
• Select the correct ink for the Jeti Tauro H3300LED.
• The Agfa quality control department has identified
an issue with the considered ink batch and has
blocked its usage on all Jeti Tauro H3300LED
worldwide.
• Contact your Agfa representative for a
reimbursement of this ink bottle.
• This ink bottle is older than the allowed shelf life
time of this specific ink type.
• Select a more recently produced ink bottle.
• The RFID tag reader did not recognize the ink
bottle tag for one of the following reasons. (1) The
system has already read this tag. (2) The RFID tag
is defective. (3) Agfa has not approved this ink
bottle.
• Adapt the corrective action to the three causes
listed above. (1) Do not read the same RFID tag
twice. If the system has previously read this tag but
the refill did not succeed for any reason, contact
your Agfa service representative immediately. The
machine log will allow the Agfa service engineer to
confirm and correct the problem. (2) If the tag is
defective, contact your Agfa representative for
credit. (3) Use only Agfa approved inks.
• Content of the scanned Ink Bottle does not fit into
the ISS/ISSWhite
• Wait until the ink level in the container is low
enough to refill the entire bottle.
