Printing a job in Continuous Mode on Jeti Tauro H3300LED
Continuous mode is a semi-automatic machine embedded mode which allows the operator to print
boards continuously, one after the other with a small gap in between.
During continuous mode:
• the belt keeps stepping,
• the vacuum stays ON,
• the media set bar goes up and down automatically between two boards,
• the pinch roll bar drops down on the media's leading edge to track the media with the belt.
Procedure 5-3: How to Activate and Use Manual Continuous Mode
- Step 1: Select Manual and Continuous option mode from the system pane (outlined in red in Fig.
5-22) and press the load button
Tauro.
- Step 2: Place set bar and rolls accordingly to the slot configuration.
- Step 3: Ensure that all other parameters like "media feed support", "borderless" are Off.
- Step 4: When all parameters are set correctly, load the "Manual continuous" configuration
- Step 5: Follow the guidelines of the slot configuration in the GUI, manually place the set bar and roll
bars as follows
• Slot 1: introduce the pinch roll bar
• Slot 2: place the media set bar
• Slot 3: roller bar
• Slot 4: place the flattening roll bar
Important: One person can move the roll bars and the set bar manually when there is no
media table or ABF connected to the Tauro. Otherwise, two operators are needed.
